For the Spectral Sword When you take Damage your own damage goes up by a % Depending on how damaged you are each half a heart missing adds a extra 0.5% to your Damage per hit. - Armor Required (Can be a AOE Blood Lust)

Spectral picks could give a 3% chance which is a better chance than a 1% at getting a perfect diamond. -Armor Required

Spectral Axe could remove the players armor's defense for 1 second if landed a crit in pvp which determins how often by the players axe level. Armor Required

Spectral shovel could have a 75% chance of removing 3 levels of dirt the direction of digging. -Armor Required

Spectral hoe could harvest 10x the amount of crops -Armor required

The armor could be Required to Activate these effect of having the whole set on, And when you got the whole set of armor on it gives the armor a unbreaking 7 effect so it lasts a very long time.
