Idea of a new staff Rank! Minigameist?

I was thinking that Since there is people who likes hosting things for other players such as Mini-games and Mini-games of their own there could be a Staff Rank that is dedicated into Hosting
Mini-games. This staff member will be similar to a Helper but instead of helping players out with regions he/she is dedicated into helping Create/Hosts Current Mini-games in Craftland Daily and Showing new players a good time!

This rank could get a special type of wand that allows the player to only change certain blocks in game assigned by the owner/Admin. I think this would be a great addition to Craftland since not many Staff members got the time to Hosts games Daily.

1. If it was a rank I personally prefer the name "Event Manager"
2. The rank I would personally prefer to be a Secondary Moderator rank.
3. I wouldnt think World Editing stuff should be put into this ranks hand unless they are an Administator Rank.

I'll be more specific, Number 3 as you said Arbr I meant something like how a bridge sign works u can activate it back and forth with the wand that is assigned by the admin so you arent really spawning in anything. Just to be more clear

There should be a event rank.

But you don't need a special rank to host events, players used to do it all the time by themselves. Adding a rank and a certain group of people just seems like it will convolute the system more. If you want to make a minigame, make one, why bother with a separate rank?

Well, the event tickets for example. How would I obtain one if the time zone is in doesn't have a mod/admin in it willing to host a game once in a while? Stay up till the middle of the night till Arbr or someone is on and /might/ do one?
Although I don't see it as a huge deal that needs a rank ASAP, I sort of agree that these specially permitted members should exist, as there is reason and merit for wanting so.

Or we could just add a kit and give certain people permission to the kit for staff event tickets? I think kits work though permission nodes or similar?

prob the only ones who get these kits are ones who do events often and proven themselves to be a person who hosts many events, then they gave perms. But honestly I would say for those who are helpers + have the ability to get perms to give out staff event tickets during events

Sounds like a much better idea, imo. Along with a specified list of people with permission, of course.
Trusted members that will actually hold events, and can be trusted not to abuse it.
