New Topic here, I'm actually glad these things get read.. I was wondering if we could maybe get the Better Enchanting Mod. It takes away the randomness and unknowing of what your going to get when you enchant your items. neh, i don't think this is a good idea.
Its good that the enchantments are random, now players could trade in this.
If this mod is in, griefers could get a good tool to grief very fast, this is something i don't want.
Also it makes the game easier, which makes it boring.
Why does everything haves to be easier, why don't you people like challenges?!?!

We do like challenges. But when you have spent about 300-400 levels of xp trying to get an enchantment that just seems to evade you is pretty irritating imho. And as for the griefers... they're gonna grief with or without this mod. and if they're griefing, they're probably not trying to get xp before they do so.

Hell, I love challenges. But enchantments are a pain in the ass. Just that simple.

Ya... even with my mob grinder of epic awesomeness built by Sicrosis I get crap enchantments soooooo much... its a royal pain in my twig like arse

Yeah I still wish the admins would consider this; Blackjack told me once that he used 50 levels for a silk touch pick.

Just get to learn at which level you get the best enchantment
