MCMMO Disable Region Flag

As we all know, MCMMO can completely ruin PvP.
As a result of this, I think we should add a new flag to disable it, only doable by mods/admins.
This would really help make PvP tournaments, and make skill involved

Yep, totally.
Can't have a bow on bow (No enchants and no armor) contest that involves skill, let's use Sleepy as an example: He would one shot you I think if he fully charged a regular bow, without you having a chance to respond. This means noobs can't win any PvP tournaments, even if they have immense skill, no matter what the circumstances.

I love it! Finally, good ol' pvp. Except when someone whips outs their Valk sword with sharpness 10...

-1 some people have spent hours trying to get there axe sword and archery levels up and you want them to not be able to have a advantage in a pvp

It's a flag that enables this option, obi is not asking to remove MCMMO from pvp just for there to be an option to set up a special type of an pvp arena so skill matters players can then have more choices which I think is good.

Some people include myself, but I want a way to have skill involved PvP.
