Boss fight Orcelot

Hey,
I have a suggestion considering the Orcelot Boss Fight.
I have seen some fights with the Orcelot and one thing is popping up pretty often. Some players don`t care about the kittens and they never kill one. On the other hand there are just a few or sometimes one player trying actively to kill the kittens. This is in fact no problem some people behave as free-rider and we just have to accept it. My suggestion is to implement a price for the player that has killed the most kittens. This price doesn't have to be loot directly however it could increase your overall chance to get good loot. If i understood it correctly the first 2 players in the damage rank have a higher chance to get a special loot now we could add a third place which would be the player who killed the most kittens. the probabilities could be decreased for the first 2 in the damage ranking.
I am aware that this change could lead to a complete different fight design however would be interesting. In order to make it more difficult the amount of kittens probably needs to be increased otherwise its too easy when people are willing to kill the kittens fast to get a point.
One additional positive aspect is that new players or not so equipped players are able to increase their chances for good loot.
