McMMO 1000 or 1200 special abilities

There are already some special abilities that apply to skills when they reach level 1000, I only know of disarm. I propose the skills be revised with some new special abilities.
Swords: Speed. Be able to attack twice with every hit, reducing damage and knockback to 55%.
Axes: Bash. Knock the opponent and stagger them, causing their damage output to be reduced to 0 for 2 seconds. If the opponent is sprinting, the Bash fails and you deal 50% damage. Rare event.
Repair: Strengthen. Gives the repaired armor Protection and Unbreaking 1 for the first 10% of the armor's total duration. Added on, not seen under enchants.
Archery: Precision. If you can shoot an entity from 35 blocks away or more, they drop an arrow when killed.
Herbalism Wisdom. Allows Green Thumb to work at a 100% rate. Planted crops grow at a 5% increased rate.
Mining Worldly. Picaxes can mine blocks in both the Aether and the the overworld.
Acrobatics Active. All Smartmoving charges take 50% less time.
Fishing Sailor. Can yield up to 3 fish, possibly different types every successful catch.
Woodcutting Lumberjack. Reduce the chances of an axe losing duration to 60%.
I don't expect all of these to be implemented; just some ideas in case the skills are revised. And I would recommend setting all the special skills to 1200 to clear confusion. Thank you a lot for reading.
