New Item Suggestion

Hi,
I want to make a suggestion for a new Item.
My idea is an item, that increases the range you have to build.
Like a Valkyrie tool, but not just an axe ore lance or something special, but for placing blocks.
I think this would be great, if you build something big.
This would be possible as a cape, ring, necklace or an item for the item slot ( the one you put golden feathers or iron bubbles in ),
but i prefer the ring, necklace or item slot and not the cape.
There isn't really another usage for your ring and necklace slots ( or.. is freezing water with 3 items that great ? )
I think this should not be a craftable Item, but a dungeon reward.
