During a boss arena's loading, only 3-5 people are there getting the boss to spawn. As soon as it spawns, a horde of new players come in. As a request, I wish that the respawn point be set inside of the arena, and some variant of a barrier is set to block out any new players after the fight begins. This way, the people that worked to help spawn the boss will be able to fight the boss.

I often am angered by the sheer amount of people blocking my hits.

There is no way for us to detect when the boss is spawned or not, it would be next to impossible then to lock the arena only when the boss is active. Also, if the spawn point was inside it and there was a player fighting it all by himself if he dies and respawns inside it could instant kill him before he can leave or ask for help.

In addition to nick's post; nidefawl had intended for it to be an open boss fight. Where people can come and go as they please.

Yes, but it is very annoying when players display the greed to just let the other players do the boring work for them and show up and do the fun stuff.

well the ppl who do more damage get more prizes so if u leave and come back, guess what, u get nothin.

The people who sit around to help spawn the boss should at least get some sort of benefit. It would also motivate more people to stay around the spawner and help the boss appear faster.
