Stats Announcer

A few ideas from this:
Like it currently does for mcmmo skills, have it say something when a player does/gets the following:
Joins a minigame
Is there birthday
Beats a highscore (Server wide highscores)
Gets every achievment (has not happened yet)
Gets a rank (Staff, Premium, Playtime)
when a new topic is created in the "News" forum.
Any thoughts, ideas, recommendations?

I like the birthday thing.

There are already achievements with the playtime ranks that give a server-wide message when a player reaches a certain playtime. But the birthday reminder sounds like a good idea.

I know about the achievments, but those achievments do not apply for the other types of ranks.

When someone gets helper or mod (at least when I promote them) I always announce it.

Im saying that the server should announce it automatically.
