Bidding Channel & gui

When someone want to bid something, they can post it on the bidding gui for a certain price and a window of time when people can bid. In the bidding channel, it announces when a bid is posted and countdowns for these bids. In the channel, it also announces who won the bid. On the Gui people can post bids and the highest bid would be shown.

This would be cool for when people are selling items in the form of bidding.

Would this be possible?
