I think we should have another aether portal that No one has been to because i'm not find alot of item's.

There are giant areas in the aether still not explored, if you go past the 8000 border there are lots of unexplored areas.

Agree, but its not much fun to get there. Could there be a solution with warp pads for North East South and West to reach the outer region? Just four pads at /warp aether?

I was thinking a warp pad that teleports you somewhere random.

If you have a thing that teleports you somewhere randomly You loose the fun of exploring.

But it takes hours to get to unclaimed land

Not if you go to the newest aether spawn, or look on the map and use a public warp close to somewhere that's unexplored

The new aether spawn is very explored.

No one said a player has to use the random teleporter, they can still go explore if they want.
