Today, a brilliant idea came to my mind.
I propose that addicts can region their own house. There are a few reasons to support this.
1. There are often times when there are no non-AFK staff online.
2. Addicts can be trusted most of the times.
3. It isn't hard to find out that they have regioned someone else's house for themselves.
4. They could region things for other people when there are no staff online.

Then there is no point to helper. Easier option would be to promote a few helpers, which we may need.

There are a lot of capable helpers to promote (not a boost for myself).

This won't effect Helpers if Addicts are only aloud to region their own things not that many players are addicts and helpers would still have to be busy with ranks special unit and below. It takes 500 hrs to become an addict so not everyone is going to be able to region their own stuff which makes the rank addict worth going for

It could also help keep players on the server.

People could abuse it. Addict or not, people always look for ways to abuse things in their own interest. Example: Regioning others property, regioning public buildings, regioning existing regions, fiddling with region priorities and more.

It would be not allowed to do that and be punishable, same as with helpers.

Then, how come staff can have it if everyone would seek to abuse it?
