command block

i was thinking that there should be a command block for players, that only allow certain commands, such as testfor, say, testforblock and tp (tp within a range of 10-30 blocks), having a different texture, and instahead of typing the command, showing the available, and filling the contents in separated boxes (not typing one long command, usefull if you dont really know the full syntax)

of course, the say and tp must have their limits, such as a delay between each time (so you dont set up a super fast clock and spam something and TP)

but, if that doesnt sounds good, or its too hard, then create separated items for each one, like an antena which detects players, another one which detects mobs, another one detects a block, and so. the tp one then is not necesary, there are warp pads for it, and and some kind of "speaker" that says something in the chat (only local chat) or something on the top of the screen. (all of them require a redstone input)
