Berserker and Torches ideas

When you are hitting mobs by hand and use berserk you do more damage, but you are still hitting with one arm. Is there a way to make your MC hit with both arms when berserker is activated? That would be cool.

Also, I would like a shortkey for torches if thats possible. Would make it easier to mine without changing back and forth from pickaxe to torches all the time..
