A new rule?

Hello everyone I was thinking that people who 'troll' makes the other player mad and causes them to stop playing or get mad and do something stupid like cuss maybe and trolling is annoying half the time! So look into this staff members having a rule for no trolling aloud can make a nicer community prob more mature too!

How will be able to define what is troll and what not? I like to make a joke once in a while, will that be counted as a troll?
I have to say that there are a few out there who can go to far, but if you can just laugh.

If it goes so far as to annoy or insult the victim, wouldn't that be where the "respect all players" rule comes into effect?
