Helper idea.

Hello,
I really think that Helpers (and other staff) should at least be Addict when they make an app. I see all these great players apply, but I just can't see them being Helper. Being Addict means you know pretty much everything about CL and you abide by the rules, etc.
I don't mean any disrespect to Special Units that have applied or that are already Helpers, but I really don't think they are ready for it.
P.S. it shouldn't matter if they are donators or not because a lot of people either can't afford/ aren't able (for whatever reason) to donate.

The amount of playtime does affect out decision, we just decided to allow people below addict to apply incase there is an amazing player. But for the most part if you look at our recent promotions they are generally addict.

All helpers so far have been atleast special unit, and most addict. We've promoted what, like 1-2 non-addicts?
