Penguins should be added to Greycliff, and naturally spawn in the Glacial biomes. The spawner could also be in the Credit Shop, as it needs more blocks.

I agree with this. I mean, the voteshop does have a pretty good amount of blocks (counting the special clouds in the back), but I would freakin LOVE to have a penguin
