Hey guys! I come back with2 new suggestions:

-Warp pad cooldown:
I think warp pads need to have cooldown instead to have a teleportation block limit. Same as /home & teleport cooldown

-warp pad can be dropped:
Why can't be warp pads destroyed and be dropped? If we are just building next to them, we can just oneclick break them. Then ask an admin to replace it...have nide's permission....wati for nide to give permission...finally! We got our warp pad placed. NO! Just make them drop. Its my idea.

Break them with silk, picks them up.
In the case of one hit breaking them, possibly get an staff member to create a region around that one block with no owners? Means no non-staff can break it

There is no block limit...

Use silktoutch

I think would be good if the warp pads can be dropped if u destroy it without silktouch, cuz like yolo said, u can break it with one failed click.
