No Pickup arguements

Instead of just ./pickup you should be able to disable certain item pickup, as a new argument. For example ./pickup <item id>. This always annoys me when I'm wandering around and I pick up rotten flesh or string.

I had this idea back when I was a special unit, but I never thought of suggesting it.

When ur mining, pickup cobblestone fill up your inv with cobblr, nothing else. +1

Someone mentioned something along the lines of this and nidefawl basically said /pickup is just designed for when your in vanish.

Except nick this wouldn't be a staff only command. Mean't to be used by players
