/tpblock message

Hello,
It's kind of annoying when you teleport to someone and there's absolutely no message appearing in the chat. Most of us, old players, know that means the player has their tpblock enabled.
It would be useful if a message would pop up when we teleport to someone having tpblock enabled. The message could look a bit like this:
This player currently has tpblock enabled!
