Gravi armor and smart movement help people break into areas that people try to make it so they have no access, and I find it really annoying, I know it wouldn't be easy, but adding a region flag to disable those 2 might be really beneficial

Enderpearl disabling?

Ender pearl disabling is a must. Cause Blue abuses it.

Disable Smartmoving Yes/No
Disable Item use Yes/No

Disabling smart moving would be rather pointless - The move set is open to everybody and such, and it's something very core to how you move now. Disabling it, from my viewpoint, wouldn't be very easy, and wouldn't be very worthwhile. Armor and Item enchantment disabling though would be cool.

OR:
for the gravitite armor; use the new one, you need to crouch+jump to make the high jump, also works while in mid air (which is a lot of fun), and change the texture (the new one is cool)

I personally hate the new method (Aether II), maybe a toggling feature would be more beneficial, but the other theories sound marvelous, +1

Btw, the newest craftland release contains some of the updated aether II armor textures.
