Premium tier upgrade

I got a question. Can you upgrade tiers? Example is if you bought premium 1 and you want premium 2, do you need to pay a full 10 more euros? or just 5 more, if you can i want this to be added so you don't need to pay extra.

Each upgrade has a specific button to pay the exact amount of money to the next tier.
The donate page lists these.
