thats because there aint not much permissions to give to higher ranks

Hell yes there is, on moderator! I greatly appreciate that not only do you have ranks, you let the people who actually PLAY get the benefits instead of the rich people (I have actually seen someone log onto a server for the first time, pay, and then become a moderator. I HATE that.)

And, um, how do I get promoted to special ops?

One thing: one does not simpely pay to become a mod or admin.
