Fix NPCs

Hello,
It would be amazing if there was an option so that players can't hit NPCs or something similar to that.
The reason is because some people keep on hitting the NPCs at the vote shop, just for fun. Then, the NPCs don't feel like trading anymore and this is really annoying.
Even if you'd put a sign saying: "Do not hit the NPCs!" Some people would still be doing it.

I believe Nides' working on a fix for this already.

That's not the issue here, besides those are Mooshroom's. (I think)
