New Color for Premium 4

SInce addict and premium 4 is the same color mostly, i was thinking bout changing the premium 4 color to lite blue shown in the file below, i find the color pretty cool and amazing!

This is already posted in Offtopic, "Name Color
". But i suppost this change, but im not sure on the blue as it is for mods and admins.

The light blue looks like a color that is suitable for something like "Jr Mod" or similar to that.

there was no rank like that, there was a kind of event called "helper of the week" but due to lack of time for it, it was stoped
