Deco...i totally agree with you. I think their should be a forum or a post section where you post a link to a YouTube video... i know you can search "Craftland" but not that many come up so i think it would be cool to have links to you tube videos. Craftland is very Awesomeand unique server...so we post videos
But i dont think their should be competitions cause that could get out of hand. (i.e. like who would decide and how would they decide)

I did run a few one off competitions a while back, but everybody was a lazy ass and never got involved. I had 2 people.
What happened to that guy, Bert, or something, that ran a ton of competitions for players?

But what if we could gather up loads of people it would be awesome hold it in the competition area and you can have spectators to record it and make montages and videos of the competition that can go on youtube where everyone can vote for winners that kind of thing?

Wrong on the first part! if u search craftland u get people playing craftland and talking like this :

A couple weeks ago, I hosted a PvP tournament that turned a decent amount of peoples' heads. That could become a weekly/monthly event?

You tried to do it weekly, u failed at it tho :/
You need to work on getting the times better so everybody can join again.

I like this idea. Once every two weeks maybe though, have a huge roster to play in the /warp pvp arena, with staff as refs. Different events could happen, like 1v1, tagteam, capture the flag? etc. If we record it well, and post it it's bound to allure more players.

Sounds good, maybe even have a voting system, for the event that takes place each time? With this, the players decide, creating less "fuss" over whether the event taking place is to their liking.

I'd be up for recording footage and such for an hour or 2 every one or two weeks.
Would wish nide would allow admin Command Blocks, so we can make automated arena systems
