This plugin makes a whole tree break when you cut out the bottom block with an axe, and then it will replant the tree in the same spot! (It may overwrite the axe's ability through MCMMO, however...) It is a very useful plugin and it makes it less of a pain to cut down and replant trees.
I hope you at least consider this plugin.
I do not own this plugin, I just think it would be a good idea for the server. (Or any server, for that matter.)

Don't you think that mcmmo is a great mod when it comes to chopping trees?
Don't you find it awesome how the trees explode?!
A game needs its difficulties, if it becomes to easy the fun will be gone.

Yeah, but tree feller always leaves the tops on the trees, which I HATE, and I always have to build little dumb looking towers to the top to get the rest, or just leave it (which is what most people do).

That is a good point, but maybe you could edit the plugin so that it just replants the tree, but not topples it down?

By the way, I did that minecraft addiction test. I answered every question PERFECTLY honestly (except for notch's twitter - I don't tweet so I said once a month) and I tested 86% positive.

I was just watching the stream of nide, and noticed that there are getting in some tall trees.
Then i came to think of this mod but then combined into mcmmo with a change on activating it.

I tested as a 56% addiction.
