As it says in the title I think you should add a new mod called not enough items so everyone can see crafting recipes.

if you want that mod you can install it yourself, It is not server sided therfor there would be no reasion to wait weeks for rights to distribute.

The problem is some of the mods we have installed don't work well when forge is installed.

i have nei installed my self its not that hard to use a diff version of forge that doesnt over ride the modloader files/classes jsut requires some knowlege of forge which i will give that not many know this

To apply gemscraft, just reset all overworld land that's not a region
