Anvil Enchanting Level Limit

Anvil Enchanting Level Limit

I was attempting to put two swords together and I ran into a recurring problem, the fact that the anvils can only repair/combine things up to level 39. I think a great idea would be to have anvils supporting level costs up to 50 levels, instead of 39.

Also, Blackjack is amazing and I love him.
