crafting assistant (nothing with an npc)

hey,

i thought of a setting in the recipe book that would make crafting the same thing over and over again more easy but not OP easy.

Let's assume you wanna craft a redstone lamp. you will need redstone and sticks.

You look redstone lamp in the registry up and click on it to see the recipe. When you see the recipe of an item you can click on a new button "save" or "craft" and now to craft redstone lamp you can shift+left click sticks/redstone in your inventory and it will go to the place it needs to go.

If the crafting menu is left, "save" is gone. Same when something else is crafted.

i think it would be helpful but still you can not auto craft. It would save some hand energy

Did you ever use the crafting table recipe list?
I mean, its exactly what you want.

1. Open the crafting table
2. Click in search bar
3. type redstone lamp
4. double click entry (hold shift to craft all)
5. Take stuff from output slot

I'm not sure why thats not "good enough"

I'm really disappointed that no one mentioned that. I wonder why I add this kind of features

If you remember nide, it was me who asked for that feature to accelerate the crafting speed, especially if you got a lot of items to craft...
Since you added it, I only craft my items with the crafting assistant. It makes life soo much easier!

is there a autofunction i did not know i thought its just recipies, sorry

I always thought it was only recipes you could look up.. Is this nice feature specifically mentioned somewhere? If not, it is time:)
