The players that don't want change voice themselves via the server chat, rather loudly sometimes.

The players that do want change either don't stick around for long enough or don't pitch in and sit in the corner.

I'd personally like the client to have a voting/comment system, for example, we have the server have this survey, mark it with an update. We could then use that information to help make decisions. If the players submitted or cancelled, don't bother, else ask if they'd like to when they join and just add a tab to the GUI for it. That way we could get feedback without the player having to initiate the conversation and you could get a good look at the puzzle, so to speak.

don't pitch in and sit in the corner.
Blobby are you saying that these people are unimportant and their opinions don't matter?

Either way, I'm saying that alot of players that want change, especially newer players, are either aren't here long enough or don't know how to voice their opinions. Hence my suggestion.

You say things that are not mentioned.
It may feel like it comes over that way, but its not, you can see words from different ways.
But is not the thing blobby said.
If you don't understand what he is trying to say, just ask about it instead of saying things that are not there.

As blobby said, there may be players that want a change, by the problem is that they don't know how to bring it over to others.

I think the TAX idea would be a great idea to stop rich players showing off with like 1 million bucks thinkin their better... What im thinking is that every transfer via shop 7% you dont get and maybe every IRL day 1k is taken off of the players with over 50000$ ign cash and 500$ for players that have over 25000$ it will equal the economy and the players balances...
