Make Boss Golem/Skeleton immune to knockback

Post by DakotaSpine » Tue Jul 08, 2014 9:04 pm

Hey guys, Dakota here. When you are fighting the new boss, the best thing you can do is just wail on it with everybody's help. It's a really cool feeling to have everybody around to help you fight.

But then somebody uses a knockback sword and blasts the boss half way across the arena. And now you have to twist and turn so you an find and chase after the boss. It is kind of annoying, and really breaks the fight up if anything. So my suggestion is simply to make the boss immune to knockback. I also suggest this because others on the server have talking about the idea of making this the case. I thought it would be a good idea, so I put it here.

Anyway, I hope you like the idea. Thanks for reading. Dakota, out.

In a way its good, as if it didnt happen, then the boss would just be stuck in that one corner the whole time, and never move at all. But I agree its annoying when someone hits it across the map

Then why not give it a means of escaping on it's own? Shouldn't need somebody's knockback to get away from being trapped.

Its suppose to be a challenge, I don't think any player would want to let it win.

I know, but while I think it is annoying that it is constantly being knocked around, I don't want it to be cheesed like that anyway. Can there be some sort of middle ground?
