First i think that you should add a block protect plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/ev-protect/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; easy to use.
You type /protect and it protect's all block that you placed.

Anti x-ray cause i know that some people uses x-ray and i know people that uses x-ray

The thing is that if you going to say on the rules no griefing but the house not going to be protected everyone going to grief.

The thing about griefing players is that they do it on purpose and it just not normal to do it.
When someone griefs they dont diserve to be on the server.

And when someone uses x-ray to get loads of ores, we will find them.
Its easy to get ores, so why would they.

Someone destroyed all my house i build it like 3h.
They destroyed my house and no one noes who are they and even you ban the griefer my house would be still destroyed. This server is getting popular more people login and more griefers login .

Don't think that griefers scare ban ;D.

there is worldguard on the server, ask a mod or admin to protect it for you

Two things:
1. Griefers are scared by bans. I like griefing, but I only do it on servers where it's legal, 'cause what's the point if you get banned?

2. Wtf is up with all your s?
