From what I know is the mod can't play YouTube videos because its flash. It needs a stream, I don't know the format but I remember it's what most live streams play in.

there should be permissions to do it so not everyone can. or an anouncement or command to do it so we can check it.

Maybe people who are Special Unit and above can use it? because ud have to be on for 7 days so that's quite trustable?
