But it's credit card companies VS nide, a lot of the times it's not worth the fight. They so often just rule in the customers favor.

It's not that someone is just wanting a refund and nide just gives it to them. The players who get refunds commit credit card fraud, saying there card was stolen and did not authorize the transaction. Credit card companies automatically authorize the refund, a "I Agree" screen will not stop that.

I tested that before but it never go used so I just moved all the topics out of it and deleted it. If you want to ask a question just ask it in any section, we monitor them all.
