There seems to be way too many spawning at once though, I have to agree I've been places where there are like 10 of them shooting at me.

Not all rules should had to be mentioned since there're allot of them which fits into another. Most things are obvious that you may not do, its just common sense, which they would lack. But due to not having them in the rules, therefore the admins would be in the wrong for banning a player that did...
