The Caps rule should be abolished. For one having caps lock on means nothing, nor connotes anything. Secondly, if caps annoys you turn your chat off. Thirdly, there should at least be a limit to how many letters can be capitalized, whenever I would type three letters in capitals I was scolded; 22dsf...
