What is the issue with caps?

Caps aren't to show emotion but to drag attention to the sentence.

man if you think BIG letters are annoyin you gota short temper, but i agree ban reasons seem a little harsh unfair yet childish to be given by a high authority
man its like craftland is becoming an english class ;/

I like mutes. As long as you don't forget about them..

Sometimes, it is more annoying to have the chat flooded with
caps
capslocks
<name> caps pls
no caps
Please refrain from using capital letters
CAPS

If someone said it first, press esc!

TL;DR = Don't spam caps and we won't have a problem.

I give a few warnings before banning. I don't give more than 3. By that time, you have broken the no caps rule, and have disobeyed staff. After that, you deserve a temp-ban. And, if you come back from that temp-ban and caps-lock some more, well then you deserve an even longer ban.... If the problem persists, you obviously don't want to obey the rules, and want to be banned.

I wish the mute could be given a time limit, like /mute <player> <minutes> <hours> <days>.

I really like this idea. It would make mutin people so much easier, cause I'd never have to remember to unmute them.
