Whitelisting-HELP!

my friend tries to log in to the server to play, but it says he needs to be whitelisted. I don't know what that means. Also, he tries to register, but it says he needs to log in at least once. HELP! :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

A mod/admin needs to whitelist him.. but as far as i know no mods/admins have been on recently although i may be wrong...
