Got rushed to the hospital this morning because I pulled a muscle durning military training now I'm in bed with a massager on my back and won't be able to do much for a few days the pain is a bit too much.

They made us pull a bag 300 pounds across the floor to the other side of the room and 4 other crazy workouts
