I completely agree with all of this. This needs to change, like rubino said their are numerous numbers of children that want to enjoy a family-friendly server. I would also like to mention Pikachu and koato swear a lot as well.

Pikachu is banned for a few days again. We know about him as well as other players.

As for warnings and mutes. Some players are cussing so often that I sometimes dont even warn them anymore (when I muted them in the chat in the 24h before the time they are doing it again -some of the staff told me that was something to do, because warning those people wont work-).

Pig, I would like to tell you that I think it would be a perfect idea to get something like a mute list for all helpers/staff to see. Maybe something similar to the who is command, but for mute history instead.

Even though I used to curse a lot back in the day, I have stopped in real life and in-game. This needs to stop and the caps too... And yes, PhantomAtLarge; Estate can be a bully.

And even then, the only people who'd tell me to watch my language is the normal players..

M8, watch your language. Also, bring back Handyman, he knew how to handle, and take care of those troublemakers. And he was active - very active - unlike some other staff members...

Looking back on this thread, Hippo is right, we need a new Handyman. Problem is, who will step up to the challenge? It has to be somebody experienced in the job. They have to be strict, and doesn't favor certain groups. Also, we need to bring back "Family friendly Craftland" the server I joined, not the server I play today. Not too long ago staff was stricter, and trollers were a rarity, cursing was a taboo. Now, people run around screaming reproductive organs and fluids, profane feces, etc. (Just saying, I don't to be a hypocrite and curse in an anti curse post). People back stab each other and chat wars are just as common as that one ackward vlog you watch every morning that is so stupid it becomes the new norm. Where did that server go?

A "new Handyman" isn't needed if the helpers and staff do their job properly (not saying they don't). Hopefully the new helpers can help with the issue. If helpers aren't strong enough, active enough or are clueless, hire new helpers and get rid of the useless ones.

Another quick idea;
Introduce a system.
One chat infraction; first and last warning.
Next chat infraction; 30 minute mute
Next chat infraction; appropriate ban.
This is just an idea.

If you are going to be a helper you gotta really love what your doing so your active, some may see it as a job but you don't really get paid for it which makes people spending their time every day on the server being bored since they already played too much craftland and over time become more inactive, for me I found something fun to keep myself active and helping players which is mini games and sometimes I'll switch it up with contests and mentoring newer players, I think that in order to keep helpers active that are bored is to release more content into craftland or add new content for older players that will keep them going for another 300 hours at least. And I also think players who gets demoted for inactivity and retired early because of being bored should get another chance at helper again after a huge break with 3 to 5 updates worth of content so they stays playing.

I'm a fucking helper too. I know what is and isn't appropriate in the Global chat, and I have never had a single chat infraction. I'm not starting now, especially not as a helper. Honestly, if I can't make a joke that isn't offensive at all with a friend in Global, what the fuck is the point of playing multiplayer?
