Lost Panda...

After the previous update my 2 rainbow pandas suddenly dissapeared..I asked help repeatedly and hotpot and adam tried to help but with no luck..From what i was told the logs were reseted when the update occured and no one can find who took or killed the pandas.. I would trully apreciate if something is done cause i know the panda did not despawn on their own.. And they were a gift from a very dear friend...So please i would really like this case to be resolved cause it has been too long... and i am trully frustrated and tired with this situation....
