Ways to help you get sleep paralysis:

-sleeping on your back.
-irregular sleep rhythm.
-lack of sleep.
-high body temperature.
-jet lag.
-stress.
-fast change of living enviroment.
-depression.
-fear of having sleep paralysis again (obviously if you have had one earlier).
-hardcore headache.
-hangover.

I've never had one. To be honest, I don't even need one.
To hallucinate that you have malevolent and evil people around you is too messed up that I really think it's not worth experiencing it.

To be fair, I just like to remember my dreams. It's more unpredictable. And entertaining, if not sometimes horrific. In a fun way.

Your dreams have to much games in them, where mines are full of cute pink fluffy unicorns dancing on rainbows. Once I turned into one and joined there dance. I sometimes have bad dreams and dream of black night mares killing the unicorns. The the best part is the cute pink fluffy pegasi flying though the starry sky. Then I ride them weeeee.
