Shop
Will the tax on farming items get reduced back to 75% (at 100% now) like it was before farming broke? Or are farming items buy only now?

Yes, money farms, if you keep being an ass about it I'll "accidently" Delete your entire store.bart902 wrote:they are buy only to prevent "money" farms. Try skymarket instead.

Re: Shop
Sounds good. Selling wheat and pumpkins is too easy of a way to stack money and flood the market on those items.
What I don't get is how a question concerning the economics of the game we are playing is "off topic."
So much money is being introduced to the economy through grinders and such, but little money is being removed from the economy except the tax in the shop. Ideally roughly as much money that is introduced into craftland would also return to the server to help avoid inflation and eventually ridiculous prices on things not available in the server shop.
My suggestion to help stabilize things a bit long term would be to introduce some of the unobtainable gear like the valkarie set and such in the shop for ridiculous prices (like 10,000+ each). This would give the rich players who have been on forever (and are just sitting on their money because they have everything) something to spend that cash on. By pulling that cash out of circulation on items that can eventually break, it could help the economy long term.

Re: Shop
I do not think that would work because when you look at plasma aerclouds they sell for even more now than they did in the shop.bluenovajinx wrote:

Re: Shop
Yeah the shop would have to auto restock that way selling them back never nets you any profit. Or put tax at 100% so you can't almost break the item then sell it back. Bush stems seem to already work like this. They restock on their own so selling them back is going to lose you cash.

Re: Shop
The point of the shop is that its easy to get materials.
To me the shop is kinda ruining the game, since you are able to find those items in the world. (yes, some may not)
Just stop being a lazy ass and go work for the stuff you need!

Why this hostility? i think its good that farmable items have 100% tax. All i was saying that if he wants to sell his farmable items its possible at the market.
