Known griefer needs to be banned

I was playing on a friend's server and this guy came Krayolla came on. We thought he was cool, he started building a house and all.
But as soon as he got ranked up, he teleported to me and tried to flood my faction's base with lava and water.
He also tried to blow it up with Creeper spawn eggs and TNT.
I personally believe this, "Krayolla" to be a griefer and ask that he be banned immediately.
