How to Enter a Lucid Dream

1. Lay down on your bed. This works best if you are extremely tired.
2. Lay on your back, arms at your sides, eyes closed. STAY PERFECTLY STILL.
3. You must stay awake. Your brain will send impulses to your body, checking if your body is ready to sleep.
4. These impulses include getting an itch, the urge to change your position, or wanting to move your eyes (your eyes should still be closed).
5. IGNORE ALL OF THESE IMPULSES. After around 20-30 minutes (try counting 1800 seconds (30 minutes) to know), you will feel a pressure or weight on your chest. You may also hear weird noises or feel like there is an evil presence in the room.
6. You are now in Sleep Paralysis. If you open your eyes, you will begin to hallucinate (dream with open eyes) and you will not be able to move your body.
7. Your body is now completely asleep. Now that you are aware that you are dreaming, you may close your eyes, thus entering a dream instantly. You will be aware you are dreaming, and [with some practice] you can control what you do and what happens around you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HOW TO EXIT SLEEP PARALYSIS:
Some ways to exit Sleep Paralysis:

Try moving your eyes back and forth rapidly
Try moving the small parts of your body (no insult intended) such as your fingertips and toes to regain consciousness in the larger body parts.
Try breathing extremely heavily, or just changing your breathing pattern
Try forcing all of your muscles at once to curl into a ball
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FUN THINGS TO DO WHILE LUCIDLY DREAMING:
Flying
Jumping extremely high
Turning the world into MineCraft
Teleporting
Going through time
Creating landscapes

*Remember, everything in a lucid dream is controlled by you. The characters, the government, the universe.

I once had a lucid dream.

It was a dissappointment since I only shot my friend with BB-gun that had unlimited ammo...
It was around the time my hobby was airsoft.

Then Jeff the killer comes in and kills you, once you reach step 6

Lucid dreams never seem to turn out well for me.

Mabye it's because my most recent was where I was in my living room, it was full, everybody was staring straight forward, had no eyes, and the television was off. Not a great place to gain awareness.

OP sounds like complete bullshit, but who am I to judge, I don't feel like trying that though. Training subconscious thoughts is the way to go!
