Minecraft Account hacked or Jacked

I just woke up this morning finding that my minecraft account has been hacked/Jacked is there a possibility that I can have all of my things moved to a diffrent account whilst this problem is resolved by Mojang. Can all of the accoun things be moved to my alt called Seeker2727.
