UNOC is an Alliance of several towns and cities that assist each other in building, NetherWars, PVP, etc. The Capitol city is Block Nation, originally built by Toguno. Upon joining, you are given a seat in the Gathering Hall (under construction). We do not ask anything of your guild besides an oath stating you will help other members. Each Guild in UNOC keeps its government, roles, and does not give up anything to the guild. Members of the same role in different Guilds can be grouped by project leaders to optimize the task. There is no fee upon joining, and we do not require you to put up "UNOC" banners. To join, pm me, or Toguno if we are on, and we will talk about your alliance's membership. You may also post applications here. For applications, state the name of guild, guild members, roles, and why you want to join. This is not the same organization as Orignial Toguno UNOC, or TUNOC. We are Master UNOC, or MUNOC. Any enemies made by TUNOC are not enemies with MUNOC by default. Upon entry, please distribute UNOC Capes, which will be given to you by Herohamp or Mummie. DO NOT ever give away your cape to a non UNOC member. The chain of command goes:

Highest rank, black and white cape
High Official
Can recruit new members to UNOC, organize UNOC events, Yellow cape
Cape Maker
Makes capes
Client Support
Answer questions

DISCLAIMER
UNOC is not responsible for individual acts of Guilds, and will not take responsibility if one group is out of hand. UNOC does not take over or manipulate Guilds, and does not intervene with internal matters or manipulate workers without said Guild owner/Commander's permission. If a Guild acts agaisnt another Guild in UNOC, the aggressing party will be put on trial and membership will be suspended.

So united nations of craftland... Will it be as ineffective of the real united nations with some nations having a veto over every decision and rarely being able to pass any major decision?

I hope it doesn't come to that, if things get denied by one nation, that means that that nation does not want to partake in the building/etc event. Other nations will take part in the event, and if nobody does, then Block Nation and Malibu will help most likely. We need Members. If you are not part of a Guild and want to join, become a member of: Malibu, Block Nation, or help build Malibu's sister town.

You can still be in the cult you are in. Cults may be better in your opinion , but several cults working together would be better. Although if a "Cult" joins, they are to hold any inappropriate behavior for after meetings and events. If you say you clan is better, let me remind you that this is not a clan. This is like NATO for CL. CLTO if you wish.

That is your choice, but UNOC is not a Cult. If you want a subdivision of Cults in UNOC, round up some guys and get them to join. But officialy, it won't be the Illuminaty. You can be whatever you want, but I won't let you do stuff if it is Satanistic or inapropreate in any way. Blood moons are ok though. *wink*

The idea would be interesting to actually really get the community into something but as Nick said it might just drown in dirt. If tho such a building should be at spawn and the organization should hold it´s own rank system i guess.

Interesting idea soul. But the Guilds, towns, and Cities should keep their chain of command upon joining. Also, we probably will never have enough members to be based out of spawn.
