Error starting craftland

My friend Julia is experiencing errors when trying to start craftland does anyone know how to fix this?

What errors is she getting, if I don't know the error is really hard to help you.

It could just be the fact that some files were corrupted/not installed. Try deleting you .craftland or maybe even you Craftland Launcher and retrying. Might work, might not. Also your friend could have had their computer go to sleep while downloading which may cause a file to be jacked up. Try this stuff and tell me if it works.
