I think that the best way to deal with the voting is to add all the amount of stars voted, if that person got a high percentage of low star votes it would decline all voted videos and disqualify it's entree. About second accounts, we could try to link the known one but if the voting is done fair it may not make a big difference

I think that there should be a new system. You get one vote. Anyone that hasn't uploaded there video by a certain time gets ignored. Simple. If you get your friends to vote for you, that's fine. What if your friends really like your vid?

What if your video is terrible and you get 5 friends to five-star yours, and 1 star everyone elses, it's unfair.

Read it properly, you only get one vote >.< no stars whatsoever.

Well I'm sure that this has been seen many times with different people and their votes. This is an example of the "cheating".

If cheating is happening, it is happening to everyone and not just a select bunch of people. I fear that any attempt to remove the cheating (which I do support) will rig the competition, because it is impossible to remove all of it, and then you give a benefit to certain people.
